Christopher Miller is a Professor of Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of Manchester and an Honorary Consultant Cardiologist at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. He holds an NIHR Advanced Fellowship and leads the Cardiovascular Medicine Group in the Wellcome Centre for Cell-Matrix Research. His research focuses on heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF), cardiac imaging (particularly MRI), and extracellular matrix biology. Miller completed his MBChB with Honours in 2003 and a PhD in Medicine (Cardiovascular) in 2013. He has received multiple awards, including the 2020 Michael Davies Early Career Award for cardiovascular science contributions.
