Howard W Brill is a Professor and the first Vincent Foster Professor of Legal Ethics & Professional Responsibility at the University of Arkansas School of Law since 1975. He served as Chief Justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court (2015-2016) and has held leadership roles including interim dean (2005-06) and Faculty Athletics Representative to the NCAA (1995-2010).
