Melissa Aubin is a Pro Tem Instructor at the University of Oregon School of Law, teaching law courses in Eugene, Oregon, as well as at George Washington University School of Law and the University of Lucerne Human Rights Academy. She holds a prominent judicial career, serving as Clerk of Court for the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon since 2006, with roles including Chief Deputy Clerk (2018–2021), Attorney Advisor (2010–2013; 2015–2018), and Law Clerk (2006–2008). She also served at the U.S. Supreme Court as Special Assistant to the Counselor to the Chief Justice (2014–2015) and Supreme Court Fellow (2008–2010). Prior to federal service, she clerked at the Oregon Court of Appeals.
