Heather Clarke

Heather Clarke is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management at the Cofrin School of Business, affiliated with the Department of Marketing and Management at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. She joined the university in August 2016 and serves as Chair of her department.

Grants & Teaching Impact: Heather maintains an active research program supported by numerous external and internal grants. She is committed to experiential learning and teaches courses including employment law, HRM analytics, and performance management. She has also taught business law, organizational behavior, and compensation and benefits.
