Mercy Oyet is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Business at the University of New Brunswick (Saint John). She joined the faculty in 2018 and specializes in organizational behavior and human resource management. Her industry experience includes roles at the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada.

She explores how individual and organizational factors impact employee health and wellbeing. Her work bridges theoretical insights with practical HR strategies to improve workplace outcomes.
