Paula Becker Alexander, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Management at Seton Hall University. She specializes in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Business Ethics, and Human Resource Management. Her research focuses on firm financial performance, executive compensation, socially responsible management practices, and human rights in business.
