Mrs Hayley Jeans (she/her) is an Educational and Child Psychologist with over two decades of professional experience. Currently serving as Joint Program Director of the Doctorate in Educational Psychology and Lecturer at Cardiff University's School of Psychology, she combines academic leadership with direct practice involving children, families, and educational institutions across Wales.

Her expertise focuses on addressing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges in children/young people, including those engaging in criminal behavior. The 2024 publication with Marsh, A. J. demonstrates her ongoing contributions to evaluating educational policy effectiveness through statistical analysis of the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal Act 2018.
