Teodor Nikolov is a Lecturer (Teaching & Research) and Postdoctoral Research Associate at the School of Psychology, Cardiff University. He is actively involved in cognitive science research through Cardiff Babylab, focusing on visual attention and memory mechanisms using eye-tracking methodologies.

His research explores how eye movements facilitate visual memory encoding and maintenance, with specific projects examining:

Current work with Dr Hana D'Souza investigates visual processing in developmental disorders. He contributes to teaching through:
