Hajar Fatemi is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Odette School of Business, University of Windsor. She holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from McGill University (2018), an M.A. in Management from the University of Tehran (2008), and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology (2005). Her research focuses on consumer behavior, social marketing, and the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on consumer choices. She has published in journals like the Baltic Journal of Management and European Journal of Marketing.
Dr. Fatemi’s work explores how environmental cues (e.g., nature exposure) and social responsibility messaging influence consumer decisions. She has received awards including the 2017 Excellence in Teaching Award (McGill University) and the 2017 AMA-Sheth Doctoral Consortium Fellowship. Her grants include SSHRC funding for studies on consumer psychology and female infertility.
