Univ.-Prof. Dr. Guido Möllering is a Professor at the Faculty of Business and Society, University of Witten/Herdecke, where he holds the Reinhard Mohn Endowed Chair of Business Management and serves as Director of the Reinhard Mohn Institute for Management (RMI). He is also the Program Manager for the Management Master's program and Ombudsperson for Good Scientific Practice.
His research focuses on cooperative relationships, trust within and between organizations, and corporate responsibility. The RMI emphasizes practical relevance, collaborating with companies on topics like innovation networks and team collaboration, and annually hosts the RMI Management Day symposium.
Guido Möllering earned his doctorate from the University of Cambridge (2003) and habilitation from the Free University of Berlin (2011). He has authored influential works such as Trust: Reason, Routine, Reflexivity (2006) and Production in Networks (2015).
Scientific awards include the Peregrinus Foundation Prize (2009). The RMI team includes research staff like Raphaela Fritz, Nicole Steller, and Johanne von Danwitz, supported by assistants Claudia Galys and Helga Wüst.
