Alina Tausch

Dr. Alina Tausch is a Professor of Personnel and Organizational Psychology at the University of Witten/Herdecke, Faculty of Business and Society. She leads the Bachelor's program in Management & Psychology, emphasizing the integration of psychological principles into organizational contexts. Her research focuses on human-technology collaboration, including cobots, AI systems, and their impact on employee well-being, team dynamics, and organizational leadership.

Research Interests: Alina investigates how humans interact with emerging technologies across industries, with a focus on task allocation, AI personalization, and trust in algorithmic systems. She collaborates with engineers, business informatics specialists, and mathematicians to address challenges in future work environments.

Teaching: She teaches courses in Psychological Diagnostics, General Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Personality Psychology, Health Psychology, and Intercultural Psychology, advocating for practice-oriented learning to solve real-world problems.
