Justice Graeme Mew (B.A. (Hons) Law; LL.B.) is a part-time academic and judicial figure affiliated with Queen's University Faculty of Law, where he has served as a Sessional Instructor since 2018. His roles include teaching International Sports Law and guest lecturing on advocacy, legal ethics, and criminal law. He held the Jurist in Residence position at Queen's Law during the 2022-23 academic year while on leave from the Superior Court of Justice (Ontario), where he has been a resident judge in Kingston since 2016.

Justice Mew’s academic and legal work spans ethics, professional regulation, conflict of laws, insurance law, commercial arbitration, contract law, tort law, and international sports law. He is the lead author of The Law of Limitations (LexisNexis) and has contributed to diverse legal topics including legal ethics, sports law, and criminal law.
His affiliations include Queen’s University and the Superior Court of Justice (Ontario). He previously practiced law across England & Wales, Ontario, and British Columbia, focusing on litigation and dispute resolution.
