Gloria Botchway is an Assistant Professor in the Accounting and Financial Management Department at Northumbria University. She holds a PhD in Economics awarded in September 2015. Her research focuses on sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in corporate practices. She is actively involved in the Sisters in Higher Education Network (S.HI.NE) since 2020.
Her work explores disclosure practices in specific industries, particularly the coffee sector, and examines how companies communicate sustainability initiatives. She has published in high-impact journals such as *Sustainability Accounting, Management and Policy Journal*.
Botchway supervises PhD students and her research collaborations span topics like innovation in sustainability reporting and SDG adoption strategies. She currently accepts PhD applications in her areas of expertise.
