Gillian Jackson is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Palliative Care at the Hull York Medical School, affiliated with the Wolfson Palliative Care Research Centre. Her work focuses on improving equity in palliative and cancer care, delirium management, and the evaluation of complex healthcare interventions. She leads the Research Fellow role on the DAMPen-Delirium II trial, funded by NIHR, and contributed to the CANFit study on exercise programs for cancer recurrence prevention.

She emphasizes real-world healthcare evaluation and equitable access to palliative care.
