Prof. Giesela Rühl is a Professor at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, holding the Chair in Civil Law, Civil Procedure, Private International Law, International Civil Procedure, and Comparative Law. Her research focuses on globalization's impact on legal systems, digitalization in dispute resolution, and human rights in global supply chains. She has held visiting positions at institutions like Stanford and Oxford.
