Stefan Klingbeil

Stefan Klingbeil is a Professor at the Leuphana Law School holding the Professorship for Civil Law, Civil Procedure Law, and Legal Theory. His work focuses on German, European, and international private and corporate law frameworks.

Research Interests span civil law, comparative law, transnational private law, procedural law, and legal theory. He also engages with labor law and foundational legal principles.
