Geraldine Lebaudy is a Lecturer in the Spanish Department at the University of Pennsylvania, where she has worked since 1999. She specializes in Business Spanish teaching and curriculum design for foreign language students, heritage speakers, and native speakers. Her expertise includes language pedagogy, technology integration in teaching, and intercultural studies. She has coordinated courses, directed the Lauder Institute's Summer Immersion Program (in collaboration with Wharton School), and led business-focused language and culture programs in Argentina, Chile, Mexico, and Spain.
Lebaudy holds an ABD (all but dissertation) in Comparative Cultural Studies from SUNY Albany and studied at the Sorbonne, Paris. She has taught French, English, and Spanish in institutions across the U.S., Argentina, and France. She has presented at conferences like Ciber (business languages) and Neallt (language learning and technology), and received the Excellence in Teaching award.
