Geneviève Tellier is a Full Professor in the Department of Political Studies at the University of Ottawa, specializing in budgetary policies, federalism, and parliamentary governance. She leads the Politique et politiques publiques book series at Presses de l'Université d'Ottawa and serves as an associate member of the Centre d'analyse des politiques publiques (CAP). Her research spans public finance, comparative Canadian provincial politics, and institutional reform.
