Dr. Gemma Morgan is a Senior Lecturer in Criminology, Sociology, and Social Policy at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Swansea University. Her research focuses on desistance, digital technology in criminal justice, youth offending, evaluation methodology, and co-production. She collaborates with public, private, and third-sector organizations to bridge academia and practice.
