Ella Rabaiotti is a Lecturer in Criminology at Swansea University, focusing on probation service reform, social justice, and community safety. She convenes the Wales Center for Crime and Social Justice's Probation Service Development Group and serves on the board of Swansea University's Local Challenges Research Office. With over 20 years in criminal/social justice, she holds a qualified Probation Officer status and has led projects in Integrated Offender Management and Restorative Justice. She pioneered Crimestoppers’ youth initiative 'Fearless' and founded the Wales Safer Communities Network.
Educationally, she teaches modules like Media, Crime & Criminal Justice (ASC218), Study Skills in Social Sciences (SPC113), and Probation and Community Justice (SPC301).
