Geert Pesselse

Geert Pesselse is an Assistant Professor at the Willem Pompe Institute for Criminal Law and Criminology, Utrecht University, affiliated with the Montaigne Centre for the Rule of Law and Administration of Justice. His work spans Criminal Procedure, Penal Law, and the application of Human Rights in criminal proceedings.
