Gavin Robert is an Affiliated Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Cambridge, where he teaches modules on international merger control for the MCL programme and competition law for the LLM. With over 30 years of expertise in competition law, he previously served as a partner at Linklaters (2007–2021) and as a Panel Member of the UK Competition & Markets Authority (2013–2018), adjudicating complex merger and competition cases. He currently consults with Euclid Law, a competition law firm in London/Brussels, and holds non-executive roles as Chair of REAch2 Academy Trust (UK's largest primary multi-academy trust) and a Board member of the Royal Papworth NHS Foundation Trust (specialized heart/lung hospital in Cambridge).
