Gabrielle Carmine is a recent PhD graduate from Duke University’s Marine Geospatial Ecology Lab, directed by Dr. Patrick N. Halpin. Her research focuses on high seas fisheries governance, corporate accountability, and international ocean policy. She will begin a postdoctoral fellowship at Georgetown University in Fall 2025.
