Dr Gabriel Bodard is a Reader in Digital Classics at the Institute of Classical Studies, part of the School of Advanced Study at the University of London. He specializes in digital epigraphy and papyrology, with a focus on XML encoding via EpiDoc guidelines and Linked Open Data for ancient prosopography and geography through the SNAP:DRGN project. He has organized the Digital Classicist seminar series since 2006 and teaches digital methods for classicists and archaeologists internationally.
