Gabe Clemons

Gabe Clemons is an Adjunct Professor at Middle Tennessee State University's School of Journalism and Strategic Media. He is concurrently pursuing his Doctorate in Media and Communication at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he also serves as a research assistant in the Hussman School of Journalism and Media.

His educational background includes a Master of Science (MS) in Media and Communication and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Textiles, Merchandising, and Design, both earned at Middle Tennessee State University.

Clemons' research investigates media history, the societal commodification of celebrity in Western culture, the evolution of media across the 20th and 21st centuries, and the enduring cultural impact of media. His work critically analyzes how media shapes societal norms and historical narratives.
