Roy Clemons

Roy Clemons is an Associate Professor and Director of the Master of Accountancy Program at the College of Business, New Mexico State University. His research focuses on tax policy, corporate tax avoidance, international taxation, and public policy impact. Clemons holds a Ph.D. in Accounting from Texas A&M University and multiple advanced degrees in economics and accountancy from West Virginia University.
