Fátima Pereira is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences (FPCEUP), University of Porto. She serves as Director of the Master’s Degree in Education, and holds roles in the Ethics Committee and the Office of Continuing Education. As an integrated member of the CIIE research center, she co-coordinates the 'Training, Equity and the Teaching Profession' strategic area and co-leads the IDEAFor research group. Her research focuses on teacher education, school ethics, and socio-educational transformation. She leads the DITE EU project (2021–2024), promoting teacher internationalization.
