His scholarly output reveals a consistent focus on Middle Eastern politics, with particular attention to the Syrian conflict, Kurdish aspirations, and migration dynamics. Over time, his work has evolved to address contemporary challenges such as the impact of social media on political crises, refugee integration in Europe, and the consequences of terrorism on public opinion. His research bridges theoretical political science with practical policy implications.
Among his notable achievements are the Award of the Rector of the University of Szczecin for special teaching achievements (2018) and an Honorable Mention in the National Professor Mojsiewicz Competition for the Best Book on Political Science (2019).
