Frank Crasborn

Dr. Frank Crasborn serves as Lector of Integrative Training & Boundary Crossing at Fontys University of Applied Sciences. He has extensive experience at the intersection of various educational practices, with a career spanning teacher training, research, and consultancy in secondary education. Previously, he worked as a university lecturer at both the Open University and Maastricht University, and has been a guest lecturer at the University of Zurich since 2014.

Dr. Crasborn's research focuses on teacher education, professional development, and boundary crossing in educational contexts. His work emphasizes integrative mentoring pedagogies, workplace learning for teachers, and the connection between theory and practice in teacher training.
