Francesca Bartolini is an Associate Professor of Private Law at Link Campus University in Rome since 2021, specializing in contract law, consumer protection, digital law, and gender identity issues. She holds a PhD in Corporate and International Civil Law from the University of Genoa (2012) and has taught at Bocconi University and the University of Genoa. She is a Fellow of the European Law Institute and a Member of SECOLA. Her research focuses on digital inheritance, autonomous vehicle liability, renewable energy contracts, and transgender legal rights. She serves as a Financial Banking Arbitrator appointed by the Bank of Italy and contributes to legal commentary on civil procedure and consumer credit.
