Pietro Sirena is a Full Professor of Civil Law, Comparative Private Law, and European and International Contracts at Università Bocconi. Since 2018, he has served as the Dean of the Law School and is affiliated with the 'Law and Regulation' Knowledge Group at SDA Bocconi School of Management.

He graduated with honors from La Sapienza University of Rome and earned a PhD in Private Law from the University of Pisa.
