Davide Achille is an Associate Professor of Private Law at the University of Piemonte Orientale, where he teaches Private Law, Civil Law, and Advanced Civil Law. Concurrently, he serves as a Fellow in Business Law at SDA Bocconi School of Management and has been a contract lecturer at Bocconi University since 2017, teaching Civil Law - European Contract Law.
His research centers on Business Law, with specialized focus areas including Contract Law, Credit Guarantees, and corporate legal frameworks. He explores intersections of Private Law with commercial transactions, liability structures, and financial securities.
Recent publications (2022-2024) demonstrate expertise in civil law remedies, compensation mechanisms, secured transactions, and consumer credit regulations, reflecting consistent themes of commercial jurisprudence and private autonomy.
