Prof. Florian Schumacher is a Professor at the Catholic University of Freiburg, focusing on social work theory and refugee integration. He leads the International ZINT additional curriculum and has extensive experience in refugee social work and global social inequality research. His academic background includes a Sociology PhD (2012) from the University of Freiburg, focusing on national identities in Germany and India, and a Master’s in Social Work (2015) from the Evangelical University of Freiburg.
