Constantin Hruschka

Prof. Constantin Hruschka is the Chair of Social Law at the Evangelical University of Freiburg (EH Freiburg), appointed September 2024. His academic career includes roles at the Max Planck Institute for Social Law and Social Policy, Swiss Federal Administrative Court, and UNHCR. He specializes in asylum law, migration policy, and the intersection of constitutional state frameworks with welfare systems. Research emphasizes interdisciplinary approaches combining international/EU law with comparative analyses.
