- Education: Not explicitly stated in text
Research interests include materials for renewable energy infrastructure, failure analysis, and additive manufacturing. Recent work addresses hydrogen permeation in vintage pipelines and dynamic loading in wind turbine components. She co-authored studies on ophthalmic viscosurgical devices' thermal behavior and ultrasonic residual stress analysis in titanium alloys.
Her awards include the 2025 CeeD Industry Award for Circular Economy contributions. Projects highlight collaborations with industry partners like Coolside Ltd for recycled polymer optimization and Sullom Voe for hydrogen integration. She oversees labs equipped with 100kN/250kN mechanical testers for material testing.
