Fieke Froeling

Fieke Froeling is a Senior Clinical Lecturer in Pancreatic Cancer at the University of Glasgow's School of Cancer Sciences and an Honorary Consultant Medical Oncologist at the Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre. Her research focuses on molecular subtyping, precision medicine, and tumor-host interactions in pancreatic cancer.

Scientific awards include the Donaldson Translational Research Fellowship. Notable publications span tumor subtyping, stromal targeting, and metastasis mechanisms. She leads the Glasgow Precision Oncology Laboratory and collaborates with international consortia like ICG-ARGO and the Lustgarten Foundation.

Graduate students in her lab include David Meltzer, Dina Tataran, and Nane Munyenyembe. She has received grants from Cancer Research UK, National Cancer Institute, and Pancreatic Cancer UK to address cancer inequities and early diagnosis.
