Fernando Ismeal Quiñones Valdivia

Ismael Quiñones, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of English at Texas Christian University (TCU), specializing in Rhetoric of Migration. He is affiliated with the College of Liberal Arts and the English Department, where he teaches courses on technology, history of rhetoric, and rhetorical traditions of migration.
