Adedoyin Ogunfeyimi is an Assistant Professor of English at the University of Pittsburgh's Dietrich School of Arts & Sciences. He holds a PhD in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and MA and BA in English from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. His research focuses on rhetorical theory, environmental crises, and decolonial visual practices. He previously taught at Dartmouth College and serves on the editorial board of the Quarterly Journal of Speech.

- Shifting divinities: Analyzes mythological figures in media (Twitter, graffiti, photography) to assess influences on environmental movements
- Necropoligraphy: Reclaims Black visual archives through "biovisualcy" to counter colonial imagery
- Ontological rhetoric: Explores ethical and temporal dimensions of rhetorical traditions
