Dr. Faye Wang is a Senior Lecturer in Law at Brunel Law School, College of Business, Arts and Social Sciences, Brunel University. She holds a PhD in Law from the University of Southampton and combines legal expertise with a technical background in Computer Science. Her roles include International Fellow at the University of Hong Kong's Centre for Chinese Law and Advisory Board Member of the European Business Law Review.

Dr. Wang actively advises on European Commission feasibility studies and contributes to parliamentary AI ethics debates. She supervises PhDs in areas like AI-generated content copyright, video game streaming, and digital consumer rights. Her teaching includes contract law, tort law, and international commercial arbitration, emphasizing hybrid legal-digital skillsets.
