Eun Hye Kim

Dr. Eun Hye Kim is an Assistant Professor at the Centre for Business Law and Practice, University of Leeds. Her expertise spans competition law, EU law, judicial behavior, and quantitative legal methods. She is currently writing a monograph on jurisprudential change in competition law under contract with Cambridge University Press.

Her research focuses on the dynamics of judicial decision-making in competition law, leveraging empirical methods. She has taught EU competition law and quantitative methods at the University of Copenhagen and Humboldt University Berlin.
