Enitan Ashley-Dejo is a Teaching Fellow in the Work and Organisation department at Aston Business School, Aston University (2022–present). She specializes in leadership innovation, diversity, and strategic HRM. Previously, she held roles including HR Director at L’Oréal and HR Business Partner at PZ Cussons. She earned an MSc in International Human Resources Management (2020–2022) and an MBA from the University of Lagos (2005–2007).
