Emma Heine is an Assistant Professor (Lecturer) in the Department of Management at Macquarie University Business School. She holds roles as Deputy Director of the Macquarie University Health, Work, and Wellness Research Centre, ECR member of the Academic Senate Research Committee, and MQBS ECR representative for the Department of Management. She is also affiliated with the Macquarie University Performance and Expertise Research Centre.

- Master's in Social and Organizational Psychology (Utrecht University, Netherlands)
Research Interests: Focuses on performance management, leadership, and leader-employee relationships, particularly performance feedback dynamics. Her work bridges organizational behavior and ethics, with recent emphasis on mergers and servant leadership. She also explores interdisciplinary applications of social theories in clinical and relational contexts.
