Dr. Sabrine El Baroudi is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Management and Organisation at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She also serves as Coordinator of the SBE Pre-Master Programmes and Co-Director of the VU Knowledge Hub for Feedback Culture. Her academic journey includes a PhD in Organizational Behavior and Career Management (2016), a Master’s in Human Resource Management (2012), and a Bachelor’s in Policy, Communication & Organization (2008). She has held visiting research positions at the University of Toronto and teaching roles in Dubai, alongside consulting in HRM, marketing, and strategy in the Netherlands.

Her recent articles explore feedback dynamics, servant leadership, and green HRM’s role in team performance. She has received the Startersbeurs Grant (2022) and a Best HRM Paper Nomination (AOM 2022).
