Dr. Candy Ying Lu is a Senior Lecturer in International Management and Employment at Macquarie University's Department of Management. She holds a PhD from Monash University (2012), recognized with the Dr Nicholas Beaumont Memorial Award. Her research focuses on sustainable HRM, common good HRM, AI in HRM, and cross-cultural management. She has published in top journals like Human Resource Management and Management International Review. Dr. Lu leads the Master of International Business program and the MCom - International Business specialization. Her awards include the 2023 Vice-Chancellor’s Excellence Award and multiple conference best paper awards. She serves as Section Editor of Stress & Health and Associate Editor of Chinese Management Studies.
