Ellen Bonner is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Bangor University, affiliated with the Local Policy and Innovation Partnership (LPIP) for Rural Wales. Her research focuses on the sustainability of rural communities, examining the interplay between economic factors, migration decisions, and the Welsh language. She holds a PhD in this area and has contributed to significant projects like the Maritime Challenge Fund and Arfor program.
