Dr. Elizabeth Wulff is a Lecturer in English at Charles Sturt University's School of Social Work and Arts. She holds a PhD from the University of Sydney (2008), a BA in Cultural Studies & Cultural Policy (CSU), and a Diploma in Management. Her academic affiliations include leadership roles in CSU’s Gender Network and memberships in the Regional Work and Organisational Resilience Research Group, Environmental and Social Justice Research Group, and Creative Practice Circle.
Her research focuses on feminist theory, gender identity politics, speculative fiction, and body/landscape relations. She employs qualitative methodologies and Bourdieusian frameworks to analyze gender barriers in workplaces. Recent projects include collaborations with the Women in Trades team, examining gender equity in mining and construction industries, and feminist critiques of popular films like Barbie and Poor Things.
Publications emphasize gender equity in vocational education, resilience models for male-dominated fields, and feminist media criticism. Trends include systematic reviews of gender barriers, workplace inclusion strategies, and innovative pedagogical approaches in social work education.
