Dr. Elizabeth Sander is an Associate Professor at Bond Business School, Bond University, with additional roles as a Non-Executive Board Member for Groei Education and The Creative Collective, and Adjunct Senior Research Fellow at the University of South Australia. She completed her PhD at Griffith University (2014–2017).
Her research examines critical workplace dynamics, including:
- Psychological impacts of work environments on employee well-being
- Management strategies for reducing occupational stress
- Organizational change and remote work innovations
- Solutions for workplace productivity challenges
Her recent publications analyze trends in post-pandemic work culture, digital nomadism, leadership case studies, and well-being interventions. Collectively, they advance understanding of modern occupational psychology and business management.
She actively contributes to academic service as a PhD supervisor for two external candidates and serves on the Transdisciplinary Workplace Conference committee.
