Elizabeth Backfish is an Associate Professor of Hebrew Bible at Jessup University in Rocklin, CA. She holds a PhD from Trinity International University in Deerfield, IL, and serves on the board of the Institute for Biblical Research (IBR) as the director of IBR Women.
