Elizabeth "Liz" Nix is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN) and Associate Professor in the Department of Health and Human Kinetics at Ohio Wesleyan University. She holds a B.S. and Ph.D. in Nutrition from Utah State University, where her graduate research focused on behavioral interventions in college students.
