Dr Eileen Aitken-Fox is a Senior Lecturer at Curtin University’s School of Management and Marketing within the Faculty of Business and Law. She holds a PhD in small business compliance and industrial relations from Curtin’s Graduate School of Business. Her teaching spans MBA programs, including units like Human Resource Strategies and Legal Issues in HR, with expertise in both undergraduate and postgraduate education through face-to-face and online modalities. She transitioned from sessional teaching (2012) to full-time academic roles.
